Eligibility for Return / Exchange
You can return or exchange a product only if:
✔ You received a wrong product
✔ The product is damaged
✔ There is a size issue (only exchange allowed if the size is available)
Conditions
For a return or exchange to be approved:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All tags and accessories must be intact
- You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us
Return Process
1️⃣ Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and issue details
2️⃣ Share photos or an unboxing video as proof (for damage or mismatch)
3️⃣ Our team will arrange the next steps after verification
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if the product is unavailable for exchange
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
What cannot be returned
- Clearance, Sale, and Discounted items
- Customized or altered products
- Items without original packaging or tags
